To book a reservation...
- Find a condo that suits you on our home page. If you would like additional information about a condo, click the 'More Info / Prices' link below the condo summary.
- To check availability and total price for your stay click the "Total Price Quote" link below each condo description. Complete and submit the quote request form.
- We will reply to your quote request by email with a confirmation of availability, a total price quote, including tax, and your personal link to the Reservation page. You use the quote you receive to make your reservation and payment. Go to the bottom of the quote and click the payment link which then takes you to a secure payment page to finalize your reservation.
To cancel a reservation...
- If we receive written notice (email) of your cancellation 30 days or more from your scheduled arrival date you will receive a confirmation email stating that your reservation has been canceled. Your payment will be refunded to you minus a $75 processing fee within 10 business days.
- If we receive written notice (email) of your cancellation less than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date we will cancel your reservation. If you have reserved condo number cg213, cg214, or fm61 you may reschedule your reservation for another date, within one year, and receive a full credit of the amount you paid toward the new reservation. You may also opt for a refund however a refund will be dependent on whether or not we are able to re-rent the condo you reserved to another party. If we are able to re-rent the condo for the number of days you have reserved you will receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee within 10 business days. If we are able to re-rent the condo but for less days than you have reserved you will receive a partial refund minus a $75 processing fee. If we are unable to re-rent the condo we will be able to refund only the cleaning fee you paid if applicable.
